I would recommend Mulberry Street on Beverly Drive if and only if you like the really thin crust New York style. I like a moderately thick crust, so I liked it but did not love it.
By the way, it is complete and amazing coincidence that I chose to gripe about LA pizza on the same day that Joe did. It's not that we were inspired by sharing a crummy pizza or anything.
I have given Chicago a fair shot and sorry, it's not that good. It's like saying Greece has the greatest democratic government in the world... just because their name is associated with it doesn't mean they're still the best at it.

BJ's Brewhouse is okay.
I'm from Boston, and while we do have some great pizza places, I would have to say that New York City has us all beat.

I've made brief visits to New York but I haven't spent enough time there to attest to its pizza greatness.
Boston and NYC both have some pretty damn good pizza:
I love my Boston local, but I'm with Marc; NYC generally wins on this.
You are all wrong -- Chicago style is the way to go!
P.S. Da Bears.
